My career began at the bedside, where I saw firsthand how fragmented healthcare can become for patients, families, and frontline teams. I carried that perspective into payer operations, clinical transformation, product strategy, and healthcare consulting. I founded Simpson 360 Advisory to help leaders see the full picture, ask better questions, and make decisions that work in the real world.
Deanna brings 27+ years of healthcare experience, including 10 years in bedside nursing, followed by work in payer care management, clinical operations, clinical product strategy, value-based care, enterprise transformation, and healthcare business development. Her experience includes roles at Humana, Acentra Health, and Capgemini, spanning Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, care management, payer and provider operations, healthcare technology, and strategic growth.
